It will be going fully digital, shorter (about 2 hours) and no long reading passages will replace the current version. Students will be able to use a calculator on all math sections.
Debuting in 2023 with the PSAT and international SAT, the class of 2025 will be the first in the US to be affected. Tests will be taken at schools or testing sites with a live proctor while testers can use their own devices. Most likely this will influence the ACT to adapt to the digital testing front.
