Barnard College got a great addition for the class of 2028. Lucy has personal qualities that make her a sure admit for college that compliments her academic style. Stemming from her curiosity and passion for public health she was able to discover the flexibility of a college curriculum that allows her to endeavor into areas that she finds interesting. International applications (UCAS) was a big part of what Lucy was focused on during her journey. Although the system has its own nuances that are different from applying domestically, much of what she presented showcased many of the same qualities demonstrated throughout her Common Application. Not only did she volunteer in the medical space (Eve and Gene Black Summer Program) to better understand that space, she was able to compliment it with a human rights advocacy focus.
